Donna Kelce, the mother of Jason and Travis Kelce, is very ingratiated with the lives of her two superstar sons. Kelce frequently appears at Kansas City Chiefs games alongside Travis’s girlfriend, Taylor Swift, to cheer on her youngest child.

Travis Kelce recently took a step outside of football to make his acting debut in the new Disney+ series Grotesquerie. Donna was asked by Extra what Travis can’t do.

“He can’t clean, he can’t cook,” she jokingly answered. “He’s getting better, but I think he’s getting a little help”. It seems an obvious hint that Swift has been helping her partner work on some of his shortcomings around the house with their relationship still going strong.

Kelce and Swift do not currently live together officially, as the pair are often in different parts of the globe for their respective professional endeavors. But they have spent a lot of time together since becoming a couple last year both at Swift’s New York residence and Kelce’s house in Kansas City.

Donna Kelce humorously elaborated on some her younger son’s shortcomings before throwing Jason under the bus as well.

“I don’t know if he knows how to paint or do pottery or anything like that,” she continued. “Whatever he tries, both boys…. whenever they’ve tried to do something they’ve tried to put their whole heart into it and try to do the best they can that’s just their nature. That’s something I didn’t teach them that’s in their DNA”

One thing Travis has been trying to do this season for the Chiefs is catch passes. Through the first three weeks of the season, the nine-time Pro Bowler has just eight receptions for 69 yards and zero touchdowns.

Last season, the Chiefs star failed to top 1,000 receiving yards for the first time since 2015. However, he proved dominant in the playoffs and set the record for most career postseason receptions.

Even if Travis is upset with his performance on the field, Donna Kelce reiterated just how much of a zeal for life her younger son has.

“It just seems like his life is on a trajectory that just is rising every single day,” she said. “Every time I turn around I see him doing something different, whether it’s on the golf course or at a concert or whatever, he’s just having his best life right now.

Kelce was also asked if Travis is stressed by the attention he receives – particularly exacerbated in the last year thanks to his relationship with Swift.

“I don’t really think so, he’s always one to be in the limelight. He loves attention, he’s always dancing, always joking around, always having fun things done,” she cheerfully admitted.

“He just loves life he has a zest for life and he’s one of those individuals who just wants to make sure that everyone is laughing and having a good time. So a lot of the antics that he does on the field or elsewhere, I just wanted a smile out of people.”
