Week 4 of the NFL season opens with a Cowboys and Giants matchup on Thursday Night football. With two minutes left in the second quarter, Dallas leads the game 14-6, and fans are now saying the game is “rigged” because of one specific referee.
That ref is Clay Martin, who has some very interesting facts about calling games the Cowboys are in.
Dallas is 4-0 when he officiates and has called 34 penalties on their opponents, which has led to an expected point increase of +11.8.

Nobody can believe that all of that is just some coincidence.
“I still don’t understand why the NFL is okay with allowing it to look like games are fixed,” said one comment.
“This is not a coincidence. NFL does the same for Chiefs games too,” said another.
“Sounds like the nfl wants the cowboys to win this game,” a third added.
Of course, though, if the NFL did want to rig the season for the Cowboys, it’s unlikely they’d start the season 1-2.
Cowboys And Giants Both Looking To Even Out Their Records
Going into the game, each team has a 1-2 record and is tied for last place in the NFC East.
If either team wants to even consider making the playoffs, this game is a must-win because it’s extremely hard to come back from a 1-3 start.
