As the release date for “Venom: The Last Dance” approaches, excitement is building over the unexpected inclusion of Knull, the God of Symbiotes, in the trilogy’s final chapter. The recent trailer reveals higher stakes than previously anticipated, as it also hints at a possible link with “Spider-Man 4” featuring a team-up of Tom Holland’s Peter Parker and Tom Hardy’s Venom.

Alex Perez from The Cosmic Circus suggests fans look to the ‘Web of Venom: Carnage Born’ one-shot to get a sense of what Knull might be planning. In this comic, a cult revives Cletus Kasaday’s corpse using a piece of Knull’s Symbiote, leading to the creation of a new version of Carnage. However, it’s more likely that Knull’s true goal involves collecting Codexes from former Symbiote hosts to regain his full power and control over the Hive.

The plot thickens as the Xenophage are rumored to be on Earth with orders to kill Eddie and retrieve his Symbiote. This move is expected to facilitate Knull’s release from captivity, setting the stage for Toxin and other Symbiotes to become targets.

Surprisingly, with the movie’s premiere just around the corner on October 25, the identity of the actor playing Knull remains a mystery. There has been speculation about Norman Reedus of ‘The Walking Dead’ taking on the role, but sources like @MyTimeToShineH have confirmed that neither Reedus nor ‘Spider-Man 3’ alum Topher Grace will portray the villain.

In this final installment, Eddie and Venom find themselves pursued by enemies from both of their worlds, forcing them into a corner. With their backs against the wall, they must make a critical choice that will determine their fate.

The film boasts a stellar cast including Tom Hardy, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Juno Temple, and more, with Kelly Marcel directing from a script she co-wrote with Hardy. Produced by a team including Avi Arad, Matt Tolmach, and Amy Pascal, “Venom: The Last Dance” promises to deliver an epic conclusion to Venom’s cinematic journey.
