LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Angelina Pivarnick is not a fan of Taylor Swift’s love life and dating history.

The 38-year-old ‘Jersey Shore’ star recently compared her love life with that of the ‘Lavender Haze’ singer while explaining that viewers often diss her messy love life.

In an episode of ‘Jersey Shore: Family Vacation’ on Thursday, October 3, the reality star criticized the Grammy-winning singer for her boyfriends, while insinuating “she switches boyfriends” like she changes her undergarments.

Angelina Pivarnick complained during the episode, “No one says one thing to her when she switches boyfriends like she switches her underwear,” while referring to Taylor Swift, 34.

However, her complaint was not received with the same enthusiasm. Her co-star Deena Cortese, 37, explained saying, “She’s Taylor Swift…,” as reported by OK! Magazine.

Pivarnick, meanwhile, replied, “I know, she’s allowed and I’m not.”

A look at Taylor Swift’s dating history

Though Taylor Swift is currently in a stable relationship with the Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, the ‘Lover’ singer has previously courted numerous controversies for her love life.

Before Kelce, Swift dated The 1975 frontman Matty Healy for a few months after her six-year-long relationship with Joe Alwyn ended in April 2023.

Before that, Swift had a long list of high-profile relationships, including with Joe Jonas, Harry Styles, Calvin Harris, Taylor Lautner, and Tom Hiddleston.

Taylor Swift calls out jokes on her love life during launch of ‘1989 (Taylor’s Version)’

Taylor Swift is, however, not new to facing criticism for her love life.

Last year, during the re-release of her 2014 album, ‘1989’, titled ‘1989 (Taylor’s Version)’, Swift clapped back at the critics dissing her love life.

In the liner notes of the album, Swift wrote, “The voices that had begun to shame me in new ways for dating like a normal young woman? I wanted to silence them,” per ABC.

She continued, “You see — in the years preceding this, I had become the target of s**t shaming — the intensity and relentlessness of which would be criticized and called out if it happened today.”

She continued, “The jokes about my amount of boyfriends. The trivialization of my songwriting as if it were a predatory act of a boy crazy psychopath. The media co-signing of this narrative. I had to make it stop because it was starting to really hurt,” continued the ‘Cruel Summer’ singer.

She further admitted that she no longer did “anything that could be weaponized against me by a culture that claimed to believe in liberating women but consistently treated me with the harsh moral codes of the Victorian Era.”

Referencing her famous verses, she later concluded, “I learned lessons, paid prices, and tried to … don’t say it … don’t say it … I’m sorry, I have to say it … shake it off.”
