The latest Marvel Studios hit, ‘Deadpool and Wolverine,’ is now available for digital viewing. To celebrate, a new Halloween-themed teaser has been released to remind us that the film is still playing in theaters. This R-rated superhero team-up, directed by Shawn Levy, has become a major box office success and continues to draw crowds with its edgy content.

The teaser gives us a peek at some of the scariest moments in the film. We see Logan, played by Hugh Jackman, losing his temper with Wade Wilson, portrayed by Ryan Reynolds, during a tense car ride. Other highlights include Wolverine’s unearthed adamantium skeleton and the creepy antics of Cassandra Nova, played by Emma Corrin, and Headpool, the zombie head.

Since its digital debut on October 1, the movie has set records, becoming the best-selling R-rated movie in its first week of digital sales in the U.S. It has surpassed ‘Avengers’ with a $622 million domestic gross, ranking it as the fifth-highest-grossing comic book film in the U.S. and the 20th highest-grossing movie globally with over $1.334 billion, edging out ‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi.’

Despite no official announcement from Marvel Studios about a sequel, rumors are swirling that plans for another film are underway. The movie earned its R-rating for its intense scenes of bloody violence, strong language, gore, and sexual references.

The film synopsis takes a humorous tone, poking fun at itself: ‘Marvel Studios presents their biggest mistake yet – Deadpool & Wolverine. A bored Wade Wilson is out of the mercenary game. But when a threat looms over his homeworld, he must get back into action and drag along an even more reluctant Wolverine. Synopses are so stupid, aren’t they?’

Returning cast members include Ryan Reynolds as Wade Wilson and Hugh Jackman as Wolverine. They are joined by Morena Baccarin, Leslie Uggams, Rob Delaney, Brianna Hildebrand, and Shioli Kutsuna reprising their roles. Newcomers Emma Corrin and Matthew Macfadyen add fresh faces to the mix, playing Cassandra Nova and a mysterious TV agent, respectively.

Shawn Levy leads the project with a screenplay crafted by Ryan Reynolds, Rhett Reese, Paul Wernick, and Zeb Wells. As the film continues to entertain audiences worldwide, it’s clear that the bold and irreverent spirit of ‘Deadpool and Wolverine’ is still capturing hearts this spooky season.
