Liam Payne shared his final social media post with his girlfriend, just minutes before he died aged 31 after falling off a balcony.
According to TMZ , the former One Direction member fell from the third floor of the CasaSur Palermo hotel in Buenos Aires, Argentina at around 5:00 p.m. on October 16 (local time).
The stars last Snapchat post shows him happily posing with girlfriend Kate Cassidy. The previous snap was shared by Kate celebrating his 30th birthday last year.
Further posts from Liam Paynes final moments show him enjoying a late breakfast in his hotel room. The singer revealed that he and his girlfriend wake up at 1pm every day and decided to choose Forrest Gump as their Halloween costume.

TMZ sources say Payne and Kate flew to South America together, but she returned home on October 14 and he went to the hotel alone.
After receiving an emergency call from hotel staff. Police and rescuers arrived but were too late. Payne died after falling from the balcony. According to authorities, the fall resulted in serious injuries that could not be cured. Before the fall, hotel staff said he was mentally unstable. The investigation into the singers death is still ongoing.

Violeta Antier, a One Direction fan, told Reuters she came forward immediately after receiving news of Paynes death:
I saw him two weeks ago at a Niall Horan (another One Direction member) concert. He seemed fine. Earlier this month, Payne attended former bandmate Niall Horans concert in Buenos Aires.
He has previously spoken out about his mental health struggles and using alcohol to cope with the pressures of fame.
