OMG! Travis hilariously taunts Jason Kelce for falling Asleep at Taylor Swift’s concert

Philadelphia Eagles legend Jason Kelce was hilariously mocked by his younger brother, Kansas City Chiefs star Travis Kelce, after Jason was caught seemingly asleep at a Taylor Swift concert in Miami. The concert marked the first show of the final leg of Swift’s record-breaking Eras Tour, held at Hard Rock Stadium on Friday, October 18th.

The event was a Kelsey family affair, with Jason attending the concert alongside his wife Kylie, their daughters Wyatt, 4, and Ellie, 3, as well as his mother, Donna Kelce, and former Eagles teammate Bo Allen.

Missing from the family lineup was Travis Kelce, who was preparing for the Chiefs’ matchup against the San Francisco 49ers the following Sunday.

During the concert, Allen shared a lighthearted photo on social media of Jason with his eyes closed, apparently catching some shut-eye during the high-energy event. The caption on the post humorously quoted lyrics from Swift’s hit song “Anti-Hero”: “Sometimes I feel like everyone’s the sexy baby and I’m the monster on the hill.”Las 3 canciones favoritas de Taylor Swift de Travis Kelce podrían sorprenderte - Oficinista

Travis, 36, couldn’t resist poking fun at his older brother. Commenting on the viral post, Travis quipped, “Big Baby Jason can literally sleep anywhere.” Jason and Travis’ shared podcast account, New Heights, chimed in with a playful response, “Stuck in 4K,” followed by a crying-laughing emoji. Travis even joked that “Taylor is his comfort music,” referencing his brother’s apparent ability to doze off during such a loud and dynamic show.

Fans quickly joined in on the fun, with one referencing Jason’s previous antics during a Chiefs game in January, writing, “When your daughter finds out cats aren’t poisonous and your wife tells you not to take your shirt off.” The tweet playfully alluded to Jason’s story of telling his daughters that cats are poisonous to avoid getting one and his enthusiastic shirtless celebration during a Chiefs victory over the Buffalo Bills.

This wasn’t Jason’s first time attending a Swift concert. In June, Jason, Kylie, and Travis all traveled to London to see the pop icon perform at Wembley Stadium. Jason has expressed his admiration for Swift, describing her as an “incredible role model” for young women. In an interview with WCPO 9 in February, Jason said, “She’s a world star. She’s the quintessential artist you know in the world right now.”

As Travis’ relationship with Taylor Swift has garnered global attention since the pair began dating in 2023, Jason and his family have found themselves increasingly in the spotlight as well. Jason even joked on the Whiskey Ginger podcast that while he and Kylie thought their lives were hectic, spending time with Taylor and Travis had shown them what “the next level” of attention looks like.

While Jason may have been caught napping at the Miami show, he remains a fan of Swift and her music, and his lighthearted reactions have only endeared him more to both Swifties and NFL fans alike.
