Jackson said that production crew members claimed he was doing “a body roll thing” and they were looking for something “more stationary.” Luckily for Jackson, he “worked on it and nailed it.”

He also went into detail about how the intimate scenes on Tell Me Lies would be filmed within a week under the guidance of a “sex coordinator.”

He said: “You got one sex coordinatorone intimacy coordinatorthat would line up with a week. So, it would be like a sex week, and there would be sex scenes all day long.

Jackson joked about staying in his trailer while the scenes were filmed. Some of the sex scenes on the show involved his real-life girlfriend and onscreen love interest, Grace Van Patten. Grace told PEOPLE that shooting with Jackson made her feel “so so safe and so comfortable.”

She said: “I had this fear of, ‘You’re going to know when I’m acting.’ Before we got into [season 2], I was like, ‘Am I going to be insecure? Am I going to be… Because you know me so well, you’re going to know.’ And then once we were on set, I was like, ‘No, it’s actually the opposite.’”

Grace also mentioned how it is sometimes “trippy” to work with Jackson since they are together outside of the show as he is someone who “knows me better than anyone.” The show premiered in September 2022, and has a total of two seasons. Hulu has yet to reveal if the drama would get picked up for another season.
