Marvel’s vast universe, often difficult to follow due to its intricate connections across multiple shows and films, has recently faced criticism over a series cancellation.

The animated show, ‘Marvel’s Moon Girl And Devil Dinosaur,’ has been discontinued after just two seasons.

The series featured 13-year-old Lunella, a supergenius who accidentally brings a 10-ton Tyrannosaurus Rex, Devil Dinosaur, to modern New York City through a time vortex. Together, they battle to protect the city’s Lower East Side from various threats.

This cancellation adds to a string of recent setbacks for Marvel, including the indefinite delays of the ‘Blade’ reboot and the ‘Iron Man’ continuation ‘Armour Wars.’

The reasons behind these delays seem to align with a shift in thematic focus within the MCU, particularly towards multiverse adventures.

However, the reasons for ending ‘Moon Girl And Devil Dinosaur’ remain undisclosed, leaving fans disappointed and voicing their frustrations on social media platforms like X.

Comments ranged from mild approval of certain episodes to outright dismay, with one user expressing, “That sucks, the show was awesome.”

There is still a glimmer of hope for fans of the show, as there’s always a possibility that ‘Moon Girl And Devil Dinosaur’ could see a revival or reboot in the future.
