No sign of Taylor Swift as Travis Kelce hosts birthday charity event alongside his family and Chiefs teammates including Patrick Mahomes

Taylor Swift stayed away as Travis Kelce hosted his second annual Kelce Car Jam charity event in Kansas City, with this edition coinciding with his 35th birthday.

Travis was joined by his older brother Jason Kelce, as well as his parents, Ed and Donna Kelce.

A few of his Chiefs teammates were also in attendance including Patrick Mahomes and George Karlaftis. After the event in Kansas City, some of the Kelce family joined Mahomes, his wife Brittany, and others for an afterparty at the Aristocrat Lounge.

There was a massive amount of speculation that Swift would attend her boyfriend’s charity event, but she was not spotted during the festivities.

Swift not making her presence felt at Kelce Car Jam came amid speculation as to whether the ‘Anti-Hero’ singer will be in attendance for Monday’s Chiefs game against the New Orleans Saints.

Swift has not been in attendance for the last two Chiefs games, as they have not taken place in Kansas City.

Monday’s Chiefs-Saints game is the first game for Kelce and his teammates at Arrowhead Stadium since their Week 2 victory over the Bengals, which Swift did attend.

Swift was also in attendance for the Chiefs’ season-opening win against the Baltimore Ravens, the fifth of six straight of Kansas City’s games she was in the stadium for.

Kelce told Page Six that Swift plans to be in attendance for his matchup against New Orleans.

Kelce’s slow start to the 2024 season also prompted some to speculate whether his relationship with Swift was a distraction from being in peak condition.

Insiders close to Swift slammed the ‘absurd’ and ‘misogynistic’ narrative, insisting to DailyMail.com that the singer can be supportive without cheering from the sidelines at every game.

‘It’s absolutely absurd and a misogynistic to speculate that Taylor’s attendance impacts Travis’ performance,’ the source said.

‘He loves her support but doesn’t expect her at every single game, just as she would not expect him at every Eras tour date. And fans don’t make a fuss when he’s not at every gig.’

They continued: ‘They have their own lives and own careers, and both are at the top of their game.’

Swift has also instituted a strict diet when hanging out with Kelce to keep him in top form despite her glamourous lifestyle.

Swift has attended 15 Chiefs games in total, with Kansas City holding a record of 12-3 in those matchups.

Swift’s no-show comes a few weeks after the duo had to refute a public-relations contract that their breakup was due to take place at the end of September.

Last month happened to be the last time the couple spent an extended period of time together in the public eye while attending the US Open men’s final in New York City, before going to a swanky Mediterranean dinner alongside Brittany and Patrick Mahomes.
