Woman Wins Free Lip Fillers And It Is The ‘Worst Thing That Has Ever Happened’ To Her

I think all of us enjoyed winning something for free but at times, it may not turn out quite as well as you would expect. This happened to one woman and she took her story to social media, where it went viral.

Like many, she had an interest in lip fillers and they are one of the more popular cosmetic procedures out there. There is also a lot of debate about the fillers on social media, but they still continue to be popular.

For the most part, hyaluronic acid is injected into the lips to enhance their volume and make them look fuller. It’s it’s a relatively simple process, but for a TikTok user named Jessica Burko, things didn’t go quite as expected. In fact, she described the ordeal as a ‘cosmetic nightmare.’

This isn’t the first time that she has undergone cosmetic procedures. In the past, however, things went well but not so this time.

Right after the procedure, she noticed that there was some swelling in her lips. I’m not talking about the type of swelling that you would expect to see but rather, it was almost like an allergic reaction.

After going back to her doctor, she was given a steroid injection but the condition just continued to get worse. Over the next few hours, her lips were growing at an accelerating rate.

She posted a video to warn others about the possibility that free cosmetic treatments may be worth the money you spend on them. She said: “it

was a free giveaway that I won, it was for Halloween. He certainly had me looking very scary. I would never go back.”

Even though she had gone through the experience, she still looks at lip fillers with a positive attitude. She said: “Never do free cosmetics. But also don’t be scared to get your lips done. I love getting them done, and I will be back to my regular girl.”

She felt that the doctor had ‘hit an artery’ and that caused the swelling. Some of her commenters disagreed.

She went back to the clinic on the following day to have the fillers dissolved and her face went back to normal. Her video ended up being viewed more than 10 million times.
