Ingredients
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 1 (15 oz) can stewed tomatoes
- 5 (7 oz) cans tomato sauce
- 1 (15 oz) can ranch-style beans
- 1 (15 oz) can pinto beans
- 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans
- 1 (12 oz) can Rotel diced tomatoes
- 1 (1.25 oz) package McCormick mild chili seasoning
- 3 lbs ground chuck
Instructions
- Brown the ground chuck in a skillet.
- Add all canned ingredients (including juices) into a large pot.
- Mix in the browned ground chuck, onion, and bell pepper.
- Cook until the onion and pepper are tender.
Serving and Storage
Serve immediately. Freezes well for later use.
