Biggie's widow Faith Evans breaks silence over claims Diddy 'killed' her husband

Faith Evans is reportedly considering taking legal action

Biggie’s widow Faith Evans has denied allegations that she believed that P Diddy allegedly had something to do with the rapper’s death, according to reports.

Evans and Biggie, real name Christopher Wallace, wed in August 1994.

It was a difficult time for the pair during their marriage as Biggie was reportedly embroiled in the East Coast/West Coast rivalry that ultimately lead to him losing his life in a drive-by shooting.

The likes of Biggie, Diddy and Jay-Z are a handful of well-known East Coast rappers, while the West Coast is home to Tupac and Dr. Dre.

But it was mainly Biggie and Tupac that had beef and questions about if Diddy was involved in both men’s killing are still being raised today – though Diddy has vehemently denied these accusations.

The matter was addressed again in a memoir supposedly penned by Kim Porter before her passing in 2018. Porter dated Diddy on-and-off for over a decade.

The book is titled Kim’s Lost Words and was released earlier this month – and despite having only just hit the shelves, it’s already making waves.

In Porter’s book, it’s suggested that Diddy initially orchestrated Evans’ relationship with Biggie so he could ‘monitor’ him.

It also alleges that Evans has always thought that Diddy had something to do with her late husband’s death.

Now Evans is reportedly threatening legal action over the allegations made in the book.

Apparently she is ‘mortified’ and ‘absolutely disgusted’ by the claims made and denies everything the memoir says about her.

An insider told MailOnline: “Faith Evans is considering taking legal action against the author of the Kim Porter book.

“The book claims Diddy used her to spy on Biggie Smalls and that she always suspected that Diddy was behind his murder. Faith is horrified by the story because it actually uses her name.”

Diddy’s reps have also spoken out about the memoir too and insisted that it’s ‘false’.

Speaking through his attorney Erica Wolf, the following statement was released: “The Kim Porter ‘memoir’ is fake. It is also offensive – a shameless attempt to profit from tragedy.

“Unlike the fabrications in his sickening ‘memoir’, it is an established fact that Ms Porter died of natural causes. May she rest in peace.”

Diddy and Porter’s children have also claimed that the book is fake and that their late mother never penned a memoir.

Part of their joint statement read: “Claims that our mom wrote a book are simply untrue. She did not, and anyone claiming to have a manuscript is misrepresenting themselves.

“Additionally, please understand that any so-called ‘friend’ speaking on behalf of our mom or her family is not a friend, nor do they have her best interests at heart.”

UNILAD have approached reps for both Evans and Diddy.
